Charles O. Warren
Board Member
Born in Missouri, Charles attended Southeast Missouri State University
beginning his construction career as a home builder. In addition, his vast 47
years of experience as a construction manager/project superintendent
includes projects in the commercial industry valued at $20,000,000 to
$268,000,000 -- building bridges, shopping malls, large retail stores,
hospitals, schools, government office building, prisons, hotel, as well as
casinos. Upon retiring in 2014 to the Jasper community Charles has
voluntarily lent his knowledge and assistance by overseeing the conversion
of the old Jasper post office into the present VFW hall, renovation of Jasper
Community Theatre and the transformation of the old Lone Star Buffet into
the new Jasper Welcome Center. He has also served on the committee for
the Jasper Main Street Beautification Project and is a board member of the
Jasper Economic Development Corporation and has been an active member
of the Jasper Lions Club for nine years and treasurer for the last three years.
Controller of the Lions Rodeo for three years.
Charles is currently working on the Protalus company building project in Jasper
as well as Veterans Village in Kirbyville.

Association, Superintendent of the year Safety Award, Chamber of Commerce
Outstanding New Comer of the Year, Lion of the Year award, Outstanding builder
awards from Target Corp. Charles also holds a black belt in Kuk Sool Won.
