A University of Texas alumni, Richard graduated in 1960 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, Finance and Real Estate major. He is a licensed Real estate broker since 1962 and has experience as an appraiser, counselor, and property manager, including a Unit of the Texas Correctional facility. Richard’s experience is vast in property appraisal with single-family dwellings, multi-family apartments, commercial buildings, and high-rise residential condominiums to name a few. His management experience also covers a wide range of facilities such as single-family, multi-family projects, 250+/-, multi-story office buildings, shopping centers, and HUD-insured apartment projects. He has had professional memberships with Corpus Christi Board of Realtors, Society of Real Estate Appraisers, Corpus Christi Economic Development, Rotary Clubs, and currently has membership in the Jasper Lions Club and the Texas Conservation Alliance. Richard proudly served in the U.S. Navy and has a passion for veteran issues.
