VinceAnn is Vice President & Market Development Manager for Sabine State Bank, and she is the current Vice-President for RHN.  She has worked in the nonprofit and corporate sectors for almost 40 years and has lived in Jasper County for over 25 years.

She started her own organization in August of 2013 as an outreach for “POW’S” – Poor, Orphans, Widows & Soldiers. She also serves as Treasurer for another nonprofit organization in Jasper County.
